Choose the store you prefer for your video consultation based on the language, and book one of the available time slots. You will be contacted and receive instructions on how to join the video call.
TELL US YOUR NEEDS
Join the video call at the scheduled time. Your Style Advisor will listen carefully to your needs and will be at your disposal to guide you through taking measurements, choosing the fabric, and customizing your garment.
RECEIVE YOUR GARMENT
You can finalize your order conveniently online. We will deliver your garment to the address you provide and will be available to review it together via video call to assess the fit and any small tailoring adjustments needed to make it perfect.
